Raila Odinga Urges National Disaster Declaration for Catastrophic Floods in Kenya

Raila Odinga has called on President Ruto to declare the severe floods impacting Kenya as a national disaster. Over 200,000 citizens in 31 counties are suffering due to the floods, which have already claimed 88 lives and caused extensive property and crop damage.
